Qwiki – information the interactive way

Qwiki is a platform that creates interactive, on-the-fly, multimedia presentations of information. Users type in and select the topic they would like to create a ‘Qwiki’ video about. It reads automatically selected information from various websites and automatically grabs photos and associated pictures on the subject. Its co-founders are entrepreneur Doug Imbruce and Louis Monier, founder of the AltaVista search engine.

Qwiki won the TechCrunch Disrupt Award in 2010.
